has become the core business of the company. At
present, the Thai market has very well accepted the
product and with the increase in demand, the company
started employing more people to cope up with the
demand.
The
present work force of over 30 is not sufficient and
they plan to hire another 10 plus to be able to meet
the date line.
Since
their main
work is not in the office but at the customer’s
site, hence selection has to be meticulously
especially the staff for the R & D and
programming and the installation engineers who must
be capable of taking on the spots decision to solve
the problems or obstacles and can take
responsibility while they are at the installation
sites.
Another
requirement is the willingness to put in the hard
work,have courage to discuss ,recommend and argue.
He must have sense of understanding the work and
capable to turn around in order to complete the
assigned task. Kenny said that one of the main
qualification he looks into the applicants is that
do they have courage to ask about the company? He
feels that if the person is going to work in the
company he must know every thing he should know of
the company before deciding to take up the job. If
the applicants says he does not have any urge to
know about the company,that means that he does not
have courage which can pose a big problem when he is
at the customer’s site. Especially if he has to
answer the clients on the company’s back ground
etc.
In
Bangkok Systems & Software the work is done in a
very simple manner and homely atmosphere where every
body can think , propose ,suggest. .If the
suggestions or the idea click and implemented, then
the person is suitably rewarded.
The
career path is also quite attractive for those who
are dedicated to the company, and are promoted to
the higher position once they reached the specified
criteria. For the long staying staff
the company gives away a bonus of 50,000 Baht
to those who stays with
the company 3 years and again when they reach
7 years and 10 years of service they are rewarded
with 50,000 Baht each time.
The whole management team is young energetic and
willing to put in the hard work to bring the company
