Guarantee for Spare Parts availability
Under the warranty of Company’s Product and
Accessories Quality Bangkok
Systems & Software Co., Ltd. gives assurance to the
Company’s Products Buyer that within the 5 years of the purchase
of the Minutiae Finger Scans Products from the Company for normal
usage.
If there is damage to the Minutiae Brand Finger Scan
whether to some parts or to the whole unit from normal usage and
the company is informed of the damaged within 30 days of the
occurrence or from the day it is known to the user. The company
hereby assures that the company under all the circumstances will
have Spare Parts or Accessories of Minutiae Brand Finger Scan to
supply to the users of the system. In the case where Bangkok
Systems & Software Co., Ltd. Can not make the spare parts
available , the Company will pay the compensation to the buyer in
a reasonable time from the day company is informed of the
requirement of the required spare parts for which the customer has
to pay for the spare parts and service charges if such parts are
replaced.
Incase of the Spare Parts can not be made available;
the company shall pay the compensation to the Buyer based on the
details given in the Table below:
