Hardware's Problems :

SOLVING THE PROBLEM

license not found (-3) Problem happens because the HASP Hard Lock has not been attached to the computer Check if the HASP Hard Lock is attached to the computer
The Light at the Scanner is on This can happen when there is dust on the Lens or the Sensor/Len is damaged Clean the Lens / Platen and if the problem persist, then might have to replace the sensor.
Difficult to verify Could happen because not placing the finger properly Try to place the finger properly in the same manner at the time of enrollment. Or re-enroll again.
The light at the Scanner is on but does not response after scanning Driver of the Lens/Sensor could be damaged Re install the driver
