     4.1 Number of Staff in the Engineering / Installation

       This point should be given maximum importance that how many people they have who can give proper advise and solve the problem when it is needed. The company dealing with Fingerscan product must have at lease 1 fully trained engineer, 2 technical supports and at least 1 programmer enabling them to take care 2 different cases at the same time.
