3. The Sales Representative or the importer of the system should have
official documents from the manufacturing mentioning that they are
authorized to sell their products.
You
should buy the system only from the authorized dealer who has officially
been appointed to sell the products in the country. This will assure you
that the dealer or the sales agent has been properly trained by the
manufacture and can install, support and take care of the problems you
may have while using their systems.
