1.1   How long that company has been in the business and what is their registered capital?

The time frame they have been in the business will give you a confidence of their expertise and dedication that at least in the next 2-3 years from the day you buy their system, they will still be manufacturing the product.

1.2   What is the core business of that company?

The answer to this question will tell you that what this company is specialized in. Incase Finger scan is not their core business, it is likely they will stop manufacturing or change their production line which includes the spare parts. This can happen once the Finger scan does not give them the expected profit anymore. Moreover, since Finger scan is not their main line, it is very unlikely that they invest money in R & D to improve the quality of their product.
